CFA Presents Donation to City

The donation from the Carlsbad Friends of the Arts will be presented at ourCity Councilmeeting on Tuesday, July 7. The meeting begins promptly at 5 p.m. and the presentation will be first on the agenda.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to 5 p.m. that day and let the Clerk know you have arrived. Once the meeting begins, Mayor Blackburn will ask you and Director Suzanne Smithson to come to the podium. Director Smithson will say a few words. Then, you will then have 2-3 minutes to speak, and a group photo will be taken with all of thecouncilmembers. Then theCity Councilwill continue with the business portion of the meeting. You should be done by 5:15 or 5:20 p.m.

OurCouncilChamber is located at 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive. Once you come up the steps toCity Hall, the Chamber is the building on the right.
